انطلفت فعاليات مؤتمر برلين، اليوم الأحد، بشأن الأزمة الليبية بمشاركة الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي، وذلك بجلسة مغلقة لزعماء الدول المشاركة.يأتى ذلك تلبية لدعوة المستشارة الألمانية أنجيلا ميركل، وبمشاركة عدد من رؤساء الدول الإقليمية، والدول دائمي العضوية في مجلس الامن الدولي، بإلاضافة الي ممثلي المنظمات الإقليمية والدولية ذات الصلة.
