بالنظر لتلقى دولتى الصين وروسيا وأصدقائهما حول العالم للعديد من التهديدات من جماعة الإخوان المسلمين الإرهابية وعدد من التنظيمات الإرهابية الأخرى، والتى إتضح لنا وبالدليل أنها ممولة إستخباراتياً من قوى شريرة ترعى الإرهاب والتطرف وتدعمه ولا تريد الخير لهذا العالم. لذلك، قررنا إصدار هذا البيان المهم للرد بصرامة شديدة على جماعة الإخوان المسلمين الإرهابية المحظورة فى مصر والمنطقة بالأساس، مؤكدين بأن “دولتى الصين وروسيا، بمساعدة الحكومة المصرية وسلطاتها، ستعملان بصرامة على قمع جماعة الإخوان المسلمين المحظورة والمنظمات الإرهابية المحظورة”.

وتؤكد دولتى الصين وروسيا وكافة أصدقائهما حول العالم دعمهم الكامل لجهود السيد الرئيس “عبد الفتاح السيسى” وكافة قادة وزعماء وملوك المنطقة فى التخلص من خطر الإرهاب ونزعه من جذوره، خاصةً مع ما ورد إلينا بالدليل القاطع من وجود ميليشيات وتنظيمات مسلحة لجماعة الإخوان المسلمين الإرهابية المحظورة فى مصر والمنطقة بدعم وتمويل من قوى خارجية شريرة تستهدف أمن وسلامة العالم ومواطنيه.

لذا، تعلن دولتى الصين وروسيا دعمهما الكامل للرئيس المصرى “عبد الفتاح السيسى” فى حربه ضد الإرهاب وتنظيماته الشريرة، وعلى رأسهم “جماعة الإخوان المسلمين الإرهابية المحظورة”، والتى زادت من وتيرة التشدد والعنف بعد نجاح ثورة ٣٠ يونيو ٢٠١٣ فى مصر. وقد إتضح لنا وبالدليل – نرفق لسيادتكم صورة التنظيم العسكرى المسلح السرى لجماعة الإخوان المسلمين المحظورة الإرهابية – بوجود تنظيمات عسكرية سرية مسلحة لجماعة الإخوان المسلمين الإرهابية المحظورة تستهدف مصالح دولنا وشعوبنا ومصالحنا. لذا وجب علينا التعاون جميعاً فى مواجهتها بحزم لتهديدها أمننا وسلمنا القومى.

وهنا ترحب دولتى الصين وروسيا بالتعاون الكامل مع السلطات المصرية والجانب المصرى لمنع تلك التنظيمات الإرهابية المجنونة من تدمير مصالح ومشاريع وأنشطة الصين وروسيا فى القاهرة وكافة بلدان المنطقة والخليج. ونؤكد بأنه وجب علينا الرد بحزم على مثل تلك التنظيمات الإرهابية المحظورة، لأنهم لا يريدون التوقف على أى حال عن أنشطتهم الإرهابية. وكلنا يقين فى نجاح دولتى الصين وروسيا وشعبيهما مع أبناء الشعب المصرى والعربى الشقيق فى إستكمال هذه المهمة العظيمة لوقف كافة تلك المنظمات الإرهابية المحظورة، وعلى رأسها جماعة الإخوان المسلمين الإرهابية، والتى تستهدف أمن الصين وروسيا وأصدقائهما حول العالم.
