وهو العقيد الكبير المعروف فى جيش التحرير الشعبى الصينى، والذى نشر مقالاً فى صحيفة نيويورك تايمز قبل عدة أشهر – وفق شرح وتفسير معد قناة الجزيرة القطرية فى لندن عبر إيميل رسمى أرفقه كدليل مثبت لسيادتكم أيضاً – يتعلق الأمر بنفوذ الصين فى أفغانستان بعد إنسحاب القوات الأمريكية من البلاد.

مع إدعاء منتج ومعد ومصور قناة الجزيرة القطرية فى لندن عبر إيميل مكتوب أرفقه لسيادتكم، بأنه منتج أفلام وثائقية يعمل لصالح قناة الجزيرة القطرية فى لندن، وتم تكليفه من قبلها لعمل فيلم وثائقى عن (المنافسة الصينية والأمريكية على الشرق الأوسط وآسيا الوسطى بالتركيز على الشق العسكرى)… على أن يتم إذاعته فى نهاية شهر فبراير ٢٠٢٢ فى (برنامج بقية القصة) على شاشة قناة الجزيرة القطرية.

ولكن الأخطر، هو أنه بعد دخول المعد الصينى ممثل قناة الجزيرة القطرية إلى مصر وإقامته بها بالفعل لأكثر من أسبوع كامل، وتحديداً فى (فندق شتيجنبرجر الألمانى) فى ميدان التحرير فى قلب القاهرة، بدءاً من يوم ١٥ يناير ٢٠٢٢… على حساب ونفقة قناة الجزيرة القطرية فى العاصمة البريطانية لندن كما أخبرنى بذلك ومقابلته لى مرتين بالفعل بدعوى تصويرى بالفيديو لعمل الفيلم الوثائقى عن جيش التحرير الشعبى الصينى والتنافس الصينى الأمريكى فى الشرق الأوسط وإذاعته على قناة الجزيرة القطرية فى العاصمة لندن فى نهاية شهر فبراير ٢٠٢٢… فوجئت بعد مقابلتى له مرتين، بعدم قيامه بتصوير أى فيلم وثائقى معى تماماً ولا حتى مجرد تسجيل صوتى وفى كل مرة كان يوهمنى بإستعداده للتصوير معى، بدون وجود أى كاميرا أو تسجيل معه على الإطلاق، وسعيه فقط للحصول على معلومات شخصية عنى بدون أى تسجيل صوتى أو عبر فيديو

وفوجئت أنا والجانب الصينى بأن معد قناة الجزيرة القطرية الصينى الجنسية قد دخل إلى القاهرة لعمل لقاءات غير رسمية وغير منشورة بالمرة مع مسلمى الإيغور من طلبة الأزهر الشريف المسلمين فى القاهرة لصالح قناة الجزيرة القطرية

ونحن نتساءل اليوم أنا والجانب الصينى الرسمى ومعنا السلطات المصرية كذلك، ونتوجه بالتساؤل الملح لمقر قناة الجزيرة القطرية فى لندن، لفهم أسباب دخول معد قناة الجزيرة الصينى الجنسية للقاهرة وعدم تسجيله معى على الإطلاق، رغم إدعائه فى إيميل رسمى مكتوب من طرفكم، بأن دخوله القاهرة هو لأغراض خاصة بالتسجيل معى لعمل فيلم وثائقى معى ومع كبار القيادات العسكرية فى جيش التحرير الشعبى الصينى، ومقابلته لى مرتين بدعوى تسجيل اللقاء ثم يتحدث عن أمور شخصية تتعلق بى وبحياتى وتجاهل التسجيل معى

وأنا بالفعل أبلغت الجانب الصينى الرسمى بذلك، وتم تتبعه لفهم ما يحدث وما يدور ففوجئنا به وفق إعترافه بأن دخوله للقاهرة لعمل لقاءات غير رسمية وغير منشورة وغير مذاعة بالمرة مع طلبة الأزهر من مسلمى الإيغور من إقليم شينجيانغ الصينى لصالح قناة الجزيرة القطرية فى لندن

ويبقى التساؤل الموجه رسمياً من قبلى ومن قبل السلطات الصينية والمصرية كذلك، بل ومن قبل الرأى العام المصرى والصينى والدولى عالمياً، والموجه منا جميعاً لمقر قناة الجزيرة القطرية فى العاصمة لندن، هو تساؤلنا جميعاً عن:

١) أسباب تمويل قناة الجزيرة القطرية فى لندن لمعد ومصور صينى الجنسية يعمل طرفكم، للدخول للقاهرة بالفعل على نفقكتم، بدعوى عمل لقاء إعلامى معى عن الصين عبر إيميل رسمى أرفقه لسيادتكم كمستند وكوثيقة هامة فى مواجهة القائمين على أمر قناة الجزيرة القطرية فى العاصمة البريطانية لندن، ثم تجاهل عقد أى لقاءات معى حول هذا الأمر؟

٢) أسباب إدعاء معد قناة الجزيرة القطرية فى لندن بتخطيطه لعمل لقاءات مع كبار القادة العسكريين فى جيش التحرير الشعبى الصينى – عبر الإيميل الرسمى المرفق لسيادتكم – للتأكيد على صحة كل كلمة أتفوه بها… ثم نفاجئ أنا والجانب الصينى الرسمى بعدم صحة ذلك وبعدم سعيه لعقد أى لقاءات

– لذا بات من حقنا جميعاً اليوم، أن نتساءل ونتوجه لقناة الجزيرة القطرية ومقرها الرئيسى فى العاصمة لندن، للتساؤل حول:

١) أسباب تمويلكم لمعد ومصور صينى الجنسية يعمل لديكم للدخول فعلياً إلى القاهرة بدعوى عمل لقاء إعلامى يجمعنى مع قيادات جيش التحرير الشعبى الصينى ثم تجاهله ذلك؟

٢) التساؤل عن أسباب سعيه – أقصد هذا المعد والمصور الصينى لدى قناة الجزيرة القطرية فى لندن – بشكل غير رسمى لمقابلة طلبة الأزهر المسلمين من مسلمى الإيغور الصينيين من إقليم شينجيانغ الصينى، لسؤالهم عن معاملة السلطات الصينية والمصرية لهم؟

٣) وأنا هنا أرفق لسيادتكم جميع الإيميلات المرسلة من العاصمة البريطانية لندن من قبل معد قناة الجزيرة القطرية فى لندن الصينى الجنسى الموجهة لى مرفقاً بالأسئلة التى طلب منى تحضيرها إستعداداً للقاء الإعلامى المرتقب، وتأكيده على ميعاد دخوله الأراضى المصرية إستعداداً لعمل اللقاء المشترك بينى وبين كبار القادة العسكريين فى جيش التحرير الشعبى الصينى

٤) بل والأغرب لدى ولديكم بل وحتى لدى السلطات الصينية الرسمية فور إخطارى لها بالواقعة للتحرى عنها رسمياً، هو دخول معد ومصور قناة الجزيرة القطرية فى لندن إلى مصر فعلياً، بتاريخ ١٥ يناير ٢٠٢٢ وإقامته بها لأكثر من أسبوع كامل على نفقة قناة الجزيرة القطرية فى العاصمة البريطانية لندن فى فندق شتيجنبرجر فى ميدان التحرير بوسط البلد بالقاهرة… بدون عقد أى لقاءات إعلامية معى رغم إدعائه فى إيميل رسمى مكتوب – مرفق لسيادتكم – بأن دخوله القاهرة خصيصاً من أجل عمل فيلم وثائقى كبير يجمعنى مع كبار القيادات العسكرية فى جيش التحرير الشعبى الصينى

ونحن اليوم – أنا والجانب الصينى الرسمى والسلطات المصرية الرسمية والرأى العام الصينى والمصرى سوياً- نطالب قناة الجزيرة القطرية فى لندن بتقديم تفسير رسمى مقبول لنا عن أسباب دخول معد قناة الجزيرة القطرية الصينى الجنسية إلى القاهرة وإقامته فيها على نفقتكم، وتفسير أسباب عدم عقده أى لقاءات إعلامية معى أو مع كبار القيادات العسكرية فى جيش التحرير الشعبى الصينى رغم إدعائه ذلك عبر إيميلات رسمية مكتوبة مرسلة لنا نرفقها لسيادتكم، رغم طلبه بالفعل مقابلتى فى القاهرة، ولكن عدم قيامه بتصوير أى شىء معى على الإطلاق.

فما حدث بات يطرح علامات إستفهام عديدة من جانبنا أنا والجانب الصينى والمصرى الرسمى والجماهير المصرية والصينية، التى باتت تطالبكم فى قناة الجزيرة القطرية فى العاصمة البريطانية لندن بتقديم تفسير مقبول لنا حول أسباب ذلك. وشكراً

He works at the headquarters of the Qatari Al-Jazeera channel in the British capital and is studying a doctorate in media in Britain, claiming to conduct a dialogue with me about the US-Chinese competition in the Middle East, focusing on the military component and the claim of the representative of the Qatari Al-Jazeera channel in London, via an official e-mail sent to me from London – which I enclose as a proven evidence in their confrontation, Your Excellency – I made a series of military interviews that brought me together on the Qatari Al-Jazeera channel with the senior military leaders of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, headed by the Chinese Colonel “Zhou Bo”.
