كافة وثائق الأرشيف الأمريكى من مكتبة الرئيس الأمريكى الأسبق “ريتشارد نيكسون” والبيت الأبيض ووزارتى الدفاع والخارجية، ووكالة الإستخبارات المركزية الأمريكية، فيما يخص رؤيتهم كاملة حول (حرب أكتوبر) لإتاحة الفرصة للرد عليها مصرياً، بإعتبارها حق لكل الأجيال القادمة، والتى تقدر بآلاف الوثائق السرية، بما تحتويه من معلومات مهمة وتفاصيل دقيقة حول السياسات والتصورات والقرارات الأمريكية خلال أيام حرب أكتوبر

وعلى المستوى الشخصى، فأنا شغوفة بالكشف عن (سجل المحادثات العاطفية) بين وزير الخارجية الأمريكى “هنرى كيسنغر” ورئيسة الوزراء الإسرائيلية حينئذ “جولدا مائير” حول ترتيبات وقف النار بين مصر وإسرائيل خلال حرب أكتوبر ١٩٧٣… وهل فعلاً جمعتهما علاقة عاطفية خلال الحرب كما تكشف عدد من الوثائق؟

خاصةً مع إنتهاء فترة التقادم (٥٠ عاماً) التى حددها القانون، بشأن الإطلاع على هذه المواد والوثائق الأرشيفية دولياً كاملة

ربما ما دفعنى لكتابة هذا البيان أمام المجتمع الدولى، بإعتبارى أكاديمية معروفة لدى الجانب الأمريكى والدولى فى تخصصى الدقيق فى الشأن السياسى الصينى وملف الأقليات الصينية المتهودة من إقليم الكايفنغ الصينى وقضايا تجنيدهم فى الجيش الإسرائيلى وكافة المؤسسات العسكرية الإسرائيلية، فضلاً عن إندهاشى الشديد ومنذ سنوات طويلة، بالتواصل اليومى معى عبر الإيميلات المرسلة لى من اللوبى اليهودى فى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ومنظماته المعنية لعرض كافة أخبار المجتمع اليهودى الأمريكى داخلياً وبشكل يومى مستمر، بدون التوقف يوماً واحداً، وربما يصل لعدة مرات يومياً. فضلاً عن إندهاشى الشديد من إصرار (منظمات الحريات الدينية الأمريكية) على التواصل اليومى معى عبر الإيميل مقروناً بإسمى صراحةً، لعرض وجهة النظر الأمريكية كاملة لى حول ملف الحريات الدينية حول العالم. بالإضافة للدعوات المستمرة من عدد من الجامعات ومراكز الفكر والأبحاث الأمريكية لدعوتى للتعاون معهم أكاديمياً وتأليف كتب معهم، حول تخصصى الدقيق فى الشأن السياسى الصينى، بالإضافة لموافاتى المستمرة أمريكياً بأخبار وتحليلات وكافة الكتابات المستمرة، حول اليهود الصينيين من وجهة النظر الأمريكية.

ولا يفتنى بالطبع من التنويه بحرص الجانب الأمريكى على موافاتى بأرشيف الأمن القومى الأمريكى بشكل مستمر، إنتهاءاً بتأكدى التام من كونى شخصية أكاديمية مصرية معروفة للغاية لدى اللوبى اليهودى ومنظماته المعنية فى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وحول العالم، بعد إرسالهم نداء ومطلب عاجل إلى الجانب الصينى، وتحديداً “برنامج الموهوبين” الذى تم إختيارى به صينياً، لمساعدتهم فى مناشدة الحكومة الصينية وحركة حماس، بالأفراج عن الشابة الصينية الإسرائيلية “نوا أرغامانى” المختطفة فى قطاع غزة. وهو ما أثار إندهاشى على المستوى الشخصى وإندهاش الصينيين

ولتلك الأسباب وجدت الفرصة سانحة لى لمخاطبة الجانب الدبلوماسى والأكاديمى الأمريكى دولياً، بعد إطلاعى على عدد من المراجع الأجنبية لبروفيسورات يهود بالأخص، تحمل عدداً من المغالطات الأكاديمية بشأن وجود (بنود سرية) فى معاهدة السلام المصرية الإسرائيلية لم تنشر بعد، وعلى رأسها مد خط مياه من ترعة الإسماعيلية لإسرائيل

وهذا الكلام وتلك السردية الأكاديمية الأمريكية بشأن وجود بنود سرية لم تنشر علنياً فى معاهدة السلام بين مصر وإسرائيل، غير قابلة للتصديق من وجهة نظرى، وأنوه بكتابتى فعلياً لمقال فى مجلة المودرن دبلوماسى الأوروبية، بإعتبارى كاتبة ومحللة سياسية بها منذ عدة سنوات، ونوهت بها عن تلك المعلومة، فى مقال كتبته عن التدخل الإسرائيلى فى مسألة سد النهضة فى أثيوبيا

وبناءً عليه، أرجو إفادة من المتخصصين من كافة الأطراف فى تلك الجزئية، وهل تلك المراجع الأجنبية، وبخاصةً الأمريكية، التى وقعت فى يدى بالصدفة، عن وجود بنود سرية لمعاهدة السلام المصرية الإسرائيلية صحيحة أم غير صحيحة؟

فإذا كانت تلك المعلومة غير صحيحة، كما أتوقع ذلك، فأرجو الإنتباه لما يتم الترويج له أكاديمياً عن مصر وتاريخها الحديث وإنتصار المصريين فى حرب أكتوبر فى الخارج والداخل الأمريكى أكاديمياً على وجه الخصوص، مع ضرورة الرد عليه حرفياً وتاريخياً وموثقاً بالدلائل من قبل الجانب المصرى رسمياً

فكان آخر ما قرأت من معلومات أكاديمية أمريكية لا تصدق، نشرت من قبل باحث يهودى إسمه “مايكل أورين” يسرد لنا التاريخ بشكل مختلف تماماً عن وجود صفقة أسلحة سرية ومعاهدة سلام سرية بين مصر وإسرائيل فى فبراير ١٩٤٩ بعد نكبة فلسطين مباشرةً ١٩٤٨، ويجزم بوجود إتفاقية سلام سرية بين مصر وإسرائيل بعد نكبة فلسطين مباشرةً ١٩٤٨. وهذا أمر يستحيل أن يصدقه عقل، فما بالك بمحللة وأكاديمية مثلى تتابع كل ما ينشر عن مصر فى الخارج بعناية بالغة، حتى مع تخصصى الدقيق فى الشأن السياسى الصينى

وطبعاً فأنا كأكاديمية مصرية فقدت الثقة حول ما يكتبونه عنا، ويروجونه أكاديمياً وبحثياً من وجهة نظر الباحثين والأكاديميين الأمريكان بسبب وجود عدد لا يحصى من المغالطات من جانبهم…. ولكن بإعتبارى أكاديمية على إطلاع دائم على المراجع الأجنبية وكل ما يكتب عن مصر فى الخارج. فإستوقفنى فعلاً حجم المغالطات المكتوبة أكاديمياً عنا أمريكياً

وبناءً عليه، أرجو الإفادة للكتابة والتوضيح للغرب والتواصل مع دور النشر والجامعات الغربية والأمريكية، التى نشرت وكتبت تلك المعلومات المغلوطة عن مصر وتاريخها الحديث، للتوضيح والكتابة عنها من وجهة نظر مصرية سليمة

وربما أجد بأن الفرصة سانحة لى، لتوصيل صوتى للجهات المعنية المختصة فى وطنى مصر، لوجود مغالطات تاريخية أكاديمية عن تاريخ مصر الحديث وحرب أكتوبر فى الخارج وبالأخص فى الداخل الأمريكى، لحصر كل المغالطات التى كتبت عنا والرد عليها دفعة واحدة من قبل المتخصصين

وتلك هى رسالتى الأكاديمية والبحثية التى يشرفنى البحث والكتابة عنها من جديد وتقديمها للمجتمع الأكاديمى الأمريكى والغربى بشكل صحيح، بعد توضيح المتخصصين فى مثل هذه الجزئيات. فهذا بات واجبى لإيصال صوت مصر الصحيح، بخصوص ما يتم تدريسه ونشره وتداوله عنا فى الخارج والداخل الأمريكى أكاديمياً، بخصوص تشويه تاريخ مصر الحديث وتزييف أحداث متعلقة بحرب أكتوبر المجيدة وما ترتب عليها من إتفاقية للسلام

وهنا أناشد بعمل لجنة وورشة عمل من المتخصصين لحصر جميع المغالطات الأكاديمية والبحثية المكتوبة عنا فى الخارج. وهذا أيضاً دور سفارات مصر فى الخارج. وكتابة تاريخ مصر بشكل صحيح للخارج وإستضافة سفاراتنا لمتخصصينا، لإقامة ندوات تثقيفية لشرح وتوضيح تاريخ مصر بشكل صحيح وسليم

كما لابد من التواصل المصرى مع الباحثين والأكاديميين الأمريكان والأجانب ممن كتبوا مغالطات عن تاريخ مصر الحديث وحرب أكتوبر بالأخص، والدعوة لإستضافة من كان منهم على قيد الحياة لتوضيح الصورة والرؤية السليمة لهم، وإعادة الكتابة والنشر عن مصر من جديد، ولكن بصورة إيجابية سليمة تعكس وجهة النظر المصرية الصحيحة

هذا هو رأيى المتواضع الذى أرجو أن يتم إيصاله للمسئولين فى وطنى وللجميع. وكلى إستعداد للكتابة للخارج لعرض وجهة النظر المصرية بشكل صحيح ولكن بعد الرجوع للمتخصصين للإفادة والتوضيح، بشأن أحداث معينة

لذا آثرت الكتابة ونشر بيان حول هذا الأمر للفت نظر وإنتباه الجميع، وحصر جميع المغالطات الأكاديمية والبحثية التى كتبت عن مصر وتاريخها الحديث. وتفضلوا بقبول فائق الإحترام

My discovery of the existence of American and Western academic, research and political fallacies regarding Egypt’s modern history regarding the 1948 Nakba of Palestine, and the academic promotion within the United States of America of the existence of secret provisions of the Egyptian-Israeli peace treaty that have not yet been published… Through which I demand the US State Department to fully release

All documents of the American archives from the library of former US President “Richard Nixon”, the White House, the Departments of Defense and State, and the US Central Intelligence Agency, regarding their complete vision of the “October War” to provide an opportunity for an Egyptian response to it, considering it a right for all future generations, which are estimated at thousands of secret documents. It contains important information and accurate details about American policies, perceptions, and decisions during the days of the October War

On a personal level, I am passionate about revealing (the record of emotional conversations) between US Secretary of State “Henry Kissinger” and Israeli Prime Minister at the time “Golda Meir” about the ceasefire arrangements between Egypt and Israel during the October War of 1973… Did they actually have an emotional relationship during the war? As a number of documents revealed?

Especially with the expiration of the statute of limitations (50 years) set by the law regarding access to these materials and archival documents internationally in full.

Perhaps what prompted me to write this statement before the international community, as I am a well-known academic on the American and international side for my precise specialization in Chinese political affairs and the file of Chinese minorities converted to Judaism from the Chinese Kaifeng region and the issues of their recruitment into the Israeli army and all Israeli military institutions, in addition to my deep astonishment for many years, by communicating with me daily through emails sent to me by the Jewish lobby in the United States of America and its relevant organizations, to present all the news of the American Jewish community internally and on a continuous daily basis, without stopping for a single day, and perhaps reaching several times a day. In addition to my extreme astonishment at the insistence of (American religious freedom organizations) to communicate with me daily via email, explicitly accompanied by my name, to present to me the entire American point of view on the issue of religious freedom around the world. In addition to the continuous invitations from a number of American universities and think tanks and research centers to invite me to cooperate with them academically and write books with them, about my precise specialization in Chinese political affairs, in addition to my constant supply of American news, analysis, and all ongoing writings, about Chinese Jews from the American point of view.

Of course, I cannot fail to note the American side’s keenness to provide me with the American National Security Archives on an ongoing basis, ending with my absolute certainty that I am an Egyptian academic figure very well known to the Jewish lobby and its relevant organizations in the United States of America and around the world, after they sent an urgent appeal and request to the Chinese side, specifically “The Gifted Talented Program”, in which a Chinese man was selected to help them appeal to the Chinese government and Hamas to release the young Chinese-Israeli woman “Noa Argamani”, kidnapped in the Gaza Strip. This surprised me on a personal level and the amazement of the Chinese side

For these reasons, I found the opportunity to address the American diplomatic and academic side internationally, after reviewing a number of foreign references by Jewish professors in particular, which contain a number of academic fallacies regarding the presence of (secret clauses) in the Egyptian-Israeli peace treaty that have not yet been published, most notably the extension of a water line from Ismailia Canal to Israel

This talk, and the American academic narrative regarding the existence of secret clauses that were not published publicly in the peace treaty between Egypt and Israel, is unbelievable from my point of view, and I acknowledge that I actually wrote an article in the European magazine “Modern Diplomacy”, as a writer and political analyst there several years ago, and I praised it for that. Information, in an article I wrote about Israeli interference in the issue of the Renaissance Dam in Ethiopia

Accordingly, I would like information from specialists from all parties in this area. Are these foreign references, especially the American ones, which I came across by chance, about the existence of secret clauses of the Egyptian-Israeli peace treaty correct or incorrect?

If this information is incorrect, as I expect it to be, then I ask you to pay attention to what is being promoted academically about Egypt, its modern history, and the Egyptians’ victory in the October War abroad and in America academically in particular, with the necessity of responding to it literally, historically, and documented with evidence by the Egyptian side officially.

The last thing I read was incredible American academic information, published by a Jewish researcher named “Michael Oren”. He tells us history in a completely different way than the existence of a secret arms deal and a secret peace treaty between Egypt and Israel in February 1949, immediately after the Nakba of Palestine in 1948, and he asserts that there was an agreement. A secret peace between Egypt and Israel immediately after the Nakba of Palestine in 1948. This is something that is impossible for a mind to believe, let alone an analyst and academic like me who follows everything published about Egypt abroad with great care, even with my careful specialization in Chinese political affairs.

Of course, as an Egyptian academic, I have lost confidence in what they write about us and promote academically and research from the point of view of American researchers and academics due to the presence of countless fallacies on their part… But as an academic, I am always aware of foreign references and everything that is written about Egypt abroad. I was really surprised by the amount of fallacies written academically about us as Americans

Accordingly, I hope to benefit from writing and explaining to the West and communicating with Western and American publishing houses and universities, which published and wrote this false information about Egypt and its modern history, to clarify and write about it from a sound Egyptian point of view.

Perhaps I will find that I have the opportunity to communicate my voice to the relevant authorities in my homeland, Egypt, because there are historical and academic fallacies about Egypt’s modern history and the October War abroad, especially inside America, to list all the fallacies that have been written about us and respond to them at once by specialists.

This is my academic and research thesis, which I am honored to research and write about again and present to the American and Western academic community correctly, after clarification by specialists in such details. This has become my duty to convey Egypt’s correct voice, regarding what is being taught, published, and circulated about us academically abroad and inside America, regarding the distortion of Egypt’s modern history and the falsification of events related to the glorious October War and the resulting peace agreement.

Here I call for the work of a committee and a workshop of specialists to limit all the academic and research fallacies written about us abroad. This is also the role of Egyptian embassies abroad. And write the history of Egypt correctly abroad and host our embassies for our specialists, to hold educational seminars to explain and clarify the history of Egypt correctly and properly.

It is also necessary for Egyptian communication with American and foreign researchers and academics who wrote fallacies about Egypt’s modern history and the October War in particular, and to call for hosting those who were alive to clarify the correct picture and vision for them, and to rewrite and publish about Egypt again, but in a positive and sound way that reflects the correct Egyptian point of view
