ونرجو من كافة المعنيين بالأمر مراجعة قوائم أسماء كافة المتخصصين فى الشؤون الصينية والروسية قبل توجيه أى دعوات إليهم فى أى أكاديميات أو مقار عسكرية أو رئاسية، ومراجعة من تم دعوتهم بالفعل فى السابق، نظراً لخطورة التهديدات الحادثة وحفاظاً على سلامة وأمن دولنا وقياداتنا

بعد أن وصلتنا تهديدات حقيقية من قبل أشخاص مجهولين بالتهديد بالإنتقام من دولتى الصين وروسيا عبر الدوائر المقربة منها، قررنا نشر هذا البيان لتعميمه عالمياً على جميع الأكاديميين والباحثين في الشؤون الصينية والروسية، لوصول تهديدات إرهابية إلينا بتدمير كافة المقربين من دولتى الصين وروسيا، وإتهامنا مع كل من الصين وروسيا بقيادة إنقلابات أو نشر فوضى.

وبناءً عليه، وبعد تفهم دولتى الصين وروسيا لخطورة الموضوع وتلك التهديدات الواردة إلينا… فنحن نهيب من كافة أصدقاء دولتى الصين وروسيا حول العالم إتباع الآتى:

– عدم تلقى أو قبول أى دعوات عسكرية أو رئاسية، لعدم إستغلال تواجدنا ونشر الفوضى فى مواجهة دولتى الصين وروسيا لإشراكنا فى مثل هذا الفوضى

– يجب على جميع أصدقاء الصين وروسيا الإبتعاد عن حضور أى أنشطة عسكرية أو رئاسية فى أى مكان، وفقاً للتهديدات الواردة ضدنا حفاظاً على سلامة الجميع

– ونرجو من كافة المعنيين بالأمر عدم توجيه أى دعوات لأى متخصص فى الشؤون الصينية أو الروسية، منعاً لإستغلال تواجدنا وتنفيذ ما وصلنا من تهديدات

– كما أننى – وعلى المستوى الشخصى – قد أرسلت تلغراف رسمى إلى عدد من الجهات المعنية فى الدولة المصرية، وتحديداً فى شهر نوفمبر ٢٠٢٢، للمطالبة بعدم توجيه أى دعوات لى فى أى مقار عسكرية أو رئاسية، نظراً لوصول تهديدات لى قبلها، أى قبل الدعوة لتظاهرات نوفمبر ٢٠٢٢ الفاشلة من قبل أعضاء جماعة الإخوان المسلمين المحظورة والجماعات الإرهابية الأخرى، تهددنى بتوريط الصين فى مواجهتنا لإشعال الفوضى. وهو ما سجلته رسمياً فى تلغراف رسمى مرسل ومثبت بالتاريخ لكافة الجهات المعنية فى الدولة المصرية، وعلى رأسها مؤسسة الرئاسة المصرية وجهات أخرى. مؤكدين إحترامنا التام لسيادة الرئيس “عبد الفتاح السيسى”

– ونحن هنا نؤكد إحترامنا التام لمؤسسة الرئاسة وأجهزة الدولة ومؤسساتها العسكرية. ونؤكد بأن مطلبنا بعدم دعوتنا أو توجيه أى دعوات خاصة لنا لها طبيعة أو ذو صفة عسكرية أو رئاسية هو لتوخى الحذر فى الفترة المقبلة وحفاظاً على سلامة وأمن وطننا الحبيب، مع تعرض عدد كبير من أصدقاء الصين وروسيا والحزب الشيوعى الحاكم فى الصين حول العالم لعدة مخاطر طالت أمنهم وسلامتهم الشخصية أو منعهم من الظهور الإعلامى من قبل جهات خارجية على خلاف مع دولتى الصين وروسيا

لذا، فنحن قررنا وبشكل علنى تأكيد إحترامنا التام لمؤسسة الرئاسة وأجهزة الدولة ومؤسساتها العسكرية كافة… ونطالبهم بإتخاذ الحيطة والحذر وعدم توجيه أى دعوات لأصدقاء الصين وروسيا كى لا يتهم إستغلال تواجدنا والزج بإسم دولتى الصين وروسيا فى مواجهة دولنا. وهو ما نحذر منه وبشدة، مؤكدين إحترام دولتى الصين وروسيا وقيادتيهما بشكل تام لقياداتنا وأجهزة دولنا ومؤسساتنا العسكرية والأمنية. والله الموفق من وراء القصد
